About Urban Ally

I am an established Virtual Assistant; running Urban Ally since 2002 and one of the first Virtual Assistants based in London. Prior to starting my business I worked as a Marketing Executive in London in both the commercial and charity sectors.

My clients include small and medium sized businesses, organisations, charities and individuals. Urban Ally is an affordable and flexible resource that can save you time and money. I have clients who only need assistance once or twice a year and others who use my services every day.

Although I call myself a Virtual Assistant I take on a variety of roles tailored to each client's needs, for example, Personal Assistant, Administrator, Web Designer, Business Practice Manager, Marketing Assistant etc.

Although the service is flexible, it isn't impersonal. Unlike hiring a temp, you (and your clients, if my role is customer facing) always deal with the same person; I build up a knowledge of your business and the way you work.
